Josh Pierce is the founder of JH Pierce Wealth Management PC, a firm he built from scratch to bring high-level financial strategy to rural America’s business owners and families. An entrepreneur first and a financial planner second, Josh has grown his firm by serving rural business owners and pre-retirees who want practical, strategic guidance rather than product-driven advice.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠, Josh leads a team specializing in business exit planning, business growth strategy, retirement plan design, and comprehensive personal financial planning. His approach centers on clarity, control, and long-term strategic decision-making for privately held businesses.
Josh’s leadership and impact have been widely recognized. In 2025, he was elected to his RIA’s Director’s Council, an advisory board guiding firmwide initiatives. That same year, he was honored as one of Wyoming Chamber of Commerce’s Forty Under 40 honorees and his firm, JH Pierce Wealth Management PC, was named one of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s CO-100 Top 100 Small Businesses in America.
In addition to his advisory work, Josh is known for his hands-on, rural lifestyle—often horseback or elbow-deep in a project involving tools, equipment, or construction. He and his wife are raising two children and are deeply committed to the values of grit, independence, and integrity that define Wyoming’s business community.
