I currently call Dubuque, Iowa home where I live with my husband and two daughters, two dogs, and a cat. As a family we love to explore together through camping and hiking in the summer and traveling as much as we can.
With 23 years of experience in retirement plan administration and a prior background as a corporate customer service trainer, I draw on my training expertise to strengthen client relationships and continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction.
As the primary point of contact at JULY Services, I ensure clients have a seamless retirement plan experience, supporting everything from plan administration and compliance to day-to-day service needs.
I also collaborate with financial adivsors and other partners to my clients’plans running smootly and efficiently.
When preparing meals for my two dogs, I will often sing songs about them, usually to the tune of popular songs or commercials.
(They are typically not impressed and more interested in the food- go figure).
