Josh Pierce is the founder of JH Pierce Wealth Management PC, a firm he built from the ground up to bring real financial strategy to the people and businesses of rural America. As a CEPA® (Certified Exit Planning Advisor), CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and Accredited Wealth Management Advisor℠, Josh leads a team dedicated to helping clients make smart, strategic decisions—not just sell them financial products.

 

The firm’s primary focus is working with blue collar business owners and pre-retirees who value clarity, control, and confidence as they grow and eventually transition their businesses or step into retirement. Josh’s entrepreneurial background drives a practical, academic-based approach to financial planning, rooted in real-world experience and deep respect for the work his clients do every day.

 

JH Pierce Wealth Management PC offers a wide range of services including 401(k) planning, executive benefits, business exit and succession planning, personal financial planning, and risk management strategies. Josh has intentionally built a team that shares his commitment to service, strategy, and long-term relationships.

 

In 2025, Josh was elected to his RIA’s Director’s Council, an advisory board focused on firmwide initiatives and advisor support. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and two children and is often horseback working cattle or elbow-deep in a project—whether that means turning a wrench or building something from the ground up. Josh lives the same values of grit, independence, and self-reliance that his clients live every day.
