Your order will be made on demand — it helps us keep quality high and waste low.  That means your items typically ship 4-7 days after you place an order. We recommend planning for 10–15 business days from order to delivery.  

All payments are securely processed through our trusted third-party payment partner. Your payment information stays private and protected — we never see or store your card details ourselves. 

Since each piece is custom printed, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges for size or preference. That said, if there’s a printing error or your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right — just reach out to us at companystore@level10apparel.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible. 

Once your order is placed, production begins promptly and cannot be cancelled. Double-check the items and sizes in your order before submitting
